Over 100 IGA stores have partnered with DoorDash, providing speedy delivery of groceries from their stores, direct to front doors “within as little as 45 minutes.”
The stores are currently listed on the DoorDash app, offering even more convenience and accessibility to local shoppers. As the handy choice for top-up shops, last-minute or forgotten essentials, there are over 1600 items listed on DoorDash, “which is three times the amount available on any delivery app in the country.”
This partnership marks DoorDash’s first national grocery offering in Australia, as the platform expands beyond restaurants into grocery, convenience, retail and more.
To celebrate its grocery debut, DoorDash will be offering customers $5 off for every $40 spent from 25 February until 3 March.

The partnership with IGA is now operating in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Cairns, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Wollongong, Rockhampton, Townsville, Albury and Bathurst, with more locations to follow soon.
