Australian and New Zealand fuel retailers are invited to attend the unique, intense and valuable event that is ReFuel Forum, with complimentary delegate passes and accommodation extended to retailers. Previously known as Petro Forum, the ReFuel Forum, is heading back to its usual March time-slot for the Asia Pacific Region. Building on the success of the 2023 event, ACAPMA member retailers are invited to join colleagues and suppliers from the region in the unique format event that is more than your average conference.
ReFuel Asia Pacific, presented by Openroom, and will be bringing fuel suppliers, producers and retailers together in Kaula Lumpur, Malaysia on 16 and 17 April 2024.
This invitation only event offers a unique format that goes beyond the usual conference to focus on deep engagement and relationship building through structured, extended time speed-dating style, matching customers with suppliers to explore where their need and offer may overlap.

As is the custom for this event, Fuel Retailers are extended an invitation and complimentary ticket to attend where their size, structure and operation meets qualifying requirements.
This complimentary invitation includes attendance for one person to all conference and business networking sessions, as well as all meals and entertainment and two days accommodation. Flights and travel are at the fuel retailers’ own discretion and cost. The included two nights stay accommodation is at the venue at the Grand Hyatt, Kuala Lumpur. Attendees will also be able to access discounted extension nights either side of the event.
