Loyalty program Flybuys has announced the appointment of Deirdre Boyle who will be joining the team as Chief Customer Officer.
This position will see Ms Boyle play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the brand’s member experience, with a focus on elevating customer advocacy and cementing Flybuys’ existing customer first approach.

Ms Boyle brings over 20 years’ experience driving people centred transformation and uniting businesses around a shared purpose that positively impacts their people, customers and communities.
Having previously held roles at BankVic, AIA, Medibank and Westpac, she has been a key driver in leading end-to-end strategy formulation and the delivery of multi-year roadmaps to redesign customer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
