Fast growing iced tea brand Chatime has been awarded the Best Loyalty Program at the prestigious QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Media Sandhurst Awards 2021 on 18 October.
The “pinnacle” for multi-site fast food and fast-casual service industry recognition in Australia, the QSR Awards acknowledge the industry’s top performers across 15 categories. Chatime was presented the Loyalty award for its outstanding and innovative rewards scheme.

The Chatime ‘Loyal-tea Club’ delivers exclusive benefits to members, enabling points to accrue with every purchase. The newly enhanced App allows customers to skip the queues and order ahead for quick pick-up, navigate to the closest T-brewery and select delivery via transport partners Deliveroo and Uber Eats. Benefits start upon sign-up to the App, with a 50% discount on the first drink, 10 points earned for every $1 spent, a free birthday drink and further exclusive benefits along with up-and-coming promotions.

Launching in 2009 in Australia, today, Chatime is the “largest and most recognised bubble tea brand in the country” with over 132 outlets nationally. Chatime originated in Taiwan in 2003 and has since grown to over 2000 T-Breweries worldwide.
The Australian Chatime business includes a diverse range of entrepreneurial experience as well as proudly supporting gender diversity with Ms Robinson joining the executive team in January this year, and a number of women in the leadership team.
