The popular smoothie and juice bar will open its inaugural drive-thru store in Ballarat, Victoria, on March 31.
Boost Juice CEO Scott Meneilly says the new concept store is a great opportunity for Boost Juice to explore further the notion of “making healthier easier” for its customers.
“From day one, Boost Juice has endeavored to offer a healthier alternative in a market that was once saturated with fast-food outlets,” he said. “Similarly, the convenience of a drive-thru up until now has been dominated by fast-food chains.”
“We know our customers are time-poor and we also know that health is of growing concern to them, which is why a drive-thru felt like the natural next step. It really takes convenience to another level.”
Sitting under the Retail Zoo umbrella (parent company to Boost Juice, Salsas Fresh Mex and CIBO Espresso) the new venture will also sell coffee from popular South Australian coffee bar, CIBO Espresso. The drive-thru store will feature specifically tailored menu offerings, with a wider range of smoothies and juices, complemented by ‘grab-and-go’ food and coffee.
There are currently 260 Boost Juice stores in Australia and 450 internationally.
