Following the launch of Ice Cool Hipster Latte, the latest in the 20-strong flavoured straw varieties from Sipahh, outlets with a foodservice offering can trial 60 straws for free.
Ice Cool Hipster Latte is an innovative caffeine-free, coffee flavoured straw that contains less than half a teaspoon of sugar and no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Sipahh Marketing Manager Georgie Scott says it offers an alternative for iced coffee fans seeking a portion-controlled drink in their favourite flavour.
“Ice Cool Hipster Latte has a subtle iced coffee flavour without the need for ice-cream, cream, syrups or other added sugars,” she said. “It’s a classic Australian iced coffee with a new look.”
The straws come in a 10-pack and are available exclusively via the Sipahh online store for $3.99.
Ms Scott said Sipahh was targeting the café and catering markets to increase sales of Ice Cool Hipster Latte.
“We’re working closely with selected Sydney cafés which are interested in stocking Ice Cool Hipster Latte and want to expand that nationally,” she said. “We’re looking at cafés which have a family or tourist demographic as well as university cafés, high school canteens and caterers.
“With Sipahh straws, there’s no mess or wastage, a drink is easier to prepare than a milkshake or iced coffee and they have a long shelf life.”
