We’ve had Smith’s Garlic Bread, Peking Duck, Tomato Sauce and Gravy flavoured chips. Now Smith’s is about to launch its latest innovation, the limited-edition Lamington potato chip.
“We know Australians are increasingly keen to try new flavours, and interest is growing in sweet and savoury combinations,” Smith’s Marketing Director Olivia Sutherland said.
The new Lamington chip will combine hints of flavours including chocolate, coconut, cream and butter.
“Our latest innovation combines a sweet, quintessentially Aussie cake with Australia’s favourite potato chip [IRI MarketEdge Total Supermarkets Weighted]. It seemed the perfect way to celebrate the Australian summer.”
The limited-edition Lamington flavour Smith’s potato chips will be available in Woolworths, independents and selected P&C stores across the country from January 1, 2020.
