Tyro has launched Payment Links, promoted as a “secure and flexible” way for Australian businesses to accept payments “anytime, anywhere”.
According to the payments company, merchants can simply create a Payment Link through their Tyro Portal and share it directly with their customers via email, text message or messaging platforms.
“At Tyro, we understand that running a small business means being ready to accept payments wherever and whenever your customers are ready to pay – especially for those providing services on-the-go,” says Tyro CEO Jon Davey.
“That’s why we’ve launched Payment Links, a new enhancement to our online payments offering that provides a seamless, secure, and cost-effective payments method for small businesses.”
With Payments Links, merchants can take advantage of benefits including:
- Simplicity. Create a link and track the payment, all from the Tyro Portal.
- Get paid from anywhere. Wherever you are and whatever the time, you can request and accept payments.
- No set up required. Tyro customers can easily access Payment Links via the Tyro Portal.
- Fast payments. Request and accept a payment in just a few clicks.
Payment Links is available for all new Tyro merchants when they take up a Tyro EFTPOS product. Payments Links can be made via Google Pay, Visa and Mastercard, with more payment options to come.
