The organisers of Foodservice Australia are delighted to announce a new partnership with Retail Media, publisher of industry magazines Retail World and Convenience World. These premier national news publications service the grocery, petrol and convenience trades, providing trusted, informative and timely coverage.
“We are excited at the opportunities this partnership will present and look forward to working with Retail Media,” Exhibition Director Tim Collett says. “This will help to solidify our position as Australia’s leading foodservice trade show through expanding our offerings in the retail and convenience spheres while continuing to grow our visitor outreach.”
The Foodservice Australia trade exhibition will be running in Sydney from 8-10 November as planned. In addition to 350 exhibitors there will be special events including the Chef of the Year, Aged Care Catering Summit, Café School, The Sweet Spot and National Restaurant Conference.
“It has been a tough year for everyone, but the industry is coming back to life and the message we are getting is that operators are very keen to reconnect with suppliers, find new products and start the rebuild,” Mr Collett says.
Business events will play an important role in kickstarting industry activity and are different to mass public events due to the controlled environment and trackability and participants.
“Trade shows are about bringing industries together and creating new opportunities. This event will be one of the most important we have run. It might also be the only big show to run this year. We are expecting huge interest from the retail, foodservice and industrial sectors.”
