Red Rock Deli dreams up new ‘restaurant quality’ flavours

Red Rock Deli rocks a new partnership with Colin Fassnidge, as he uses his culinary creativity to inspire three new “restaurant quality” flavours.

The new flavours are part of the Red Rock Deli Chef Series range.

It’s said that it was in Mr Fassnidge’s very own kitchen that he created the three “mouth-watering” dishes – Braised Beef Brisket with Caramelised Onion, Crispy Pork Belly with Apple Sauce, and Portuguese Chicken with Lemon and Oregano, that have been turned into Red Rock Deli chips.

“As soon as the opportunity for this collaboration came about, I knew I could create something special, I mean, how many times do you get to say a dish that you created was turned into a potato chip flavour? I helped inspire three,” says Mr Fassnidge.

“Getting in the kitchen with the Red Rock Deli team was such an incredible experience. The love and passion they have towards the brand is truly unique and that love shines through in the flavours they create.”

Mr Fassnidge worked with the Red Rock Deli team to bring the flavours to life, through the brands ‘iCrave Culinary Design Process’ which is a process that sees culinary exploration, ideation, and flavour mapping to ensure the most accurate and flavoursome taste experience is achieved.

“His dishes have really delivered three distinct culinary experiences that we’ve been able to capture through new flavours which will take our consumers on an exciting new taste journey with bold, innovative flavours that they would traditionally only experience in a restaurant.”

The new flavours are available now nationwide with an RRP of $4.65.
