OTR provides assurance about the measures they are taking to protect their customers, team and community.
The statement provided by OTR reads:
We are closely monitoring the current COVID-19 situation and are following the advice of the Government and Health authorities, and their recommendations for minimising the spread of the virus.
OTR businesses have always had great safety and hygiene standards across our sites, and we are reinforcing these and where necessary, implementing additional measures to meet the current risks around this pandemic.
OTR team members who report symptoms are encouraged to self-isolate in accordance with Health Department guidelines. The company will consider providing sick leave assistance on compassionate grounds to any team member suffering genuine hardship as a result of having little or no sick leave.
Where possible, we encourage customers to make payment by card rather than cash to limit contamination risks to both customers and our team. Customers are also encouraged to use the OTR App to pay at the pump for their fuel or pre-order their C Coffee and supermarket essentials to collect instore or via our Drive Thru (where available).
As OTR stores experience higher than normal demand on a variety of products, we are working to ensure we remain well stocked with 24/7 convenience for our customers. Where shortages may occur due to exceptional demand, we will re-stock items as quickly as possible.
OTR will continue to monitor and react to this evolving situation in the best interest of the community and remain focused on the wellbeing of our team and customers at all times.
