Oliver’s announces new appointments

Healthy fast food chain Oliver’s has welcomed three new senior recruits to its store support team.

Andrew McDonald

With over 30 years in the industry, Andrew McDonald has been appointed as Oliver’s National Operations Manager.

For seven years, Mr McDonald worked at Retail Food Group (Gloria Jean’s, Crust Pizza, Brumbys Bakery among others) in several roles including Sales Operations Manager, Sales Performance Manager and National Brand Manager.

He has also previously, for six years, owned and operated his own franchise.

Joshua Stanley

With 18 years in the hospitality and food industries, Joshua Stanley has been appointed Head of Product.

He has most recently worked at Youfoodz in various roles including managing over 500 staff in the high care production facility.

He has also honed his culinary skills and passion for food with many years as a Head Chef before moving into product focused roles.

Ronin Coppins

Ronin Coppins joins Oliver’s in a new position in the business, Business Support Manager.

Mr Coppins has honed his skills in operations and business support at McDonald’s. He is said to have deep experience in the areas of operations, stock and equipment management, people management and customer relations.

CEO appointment

These appointments come after Natalie Sharpe commenced her role as CEO on 21 December.

Ms Sharpe was the primary driving force in Oliver’s menu transformation in 2022, as well as managing supply chain and logistics.

She brings strong and experienced nutritional expertise to the company, which is hoped to underpin the forward momentum of Oliver’s.

“Oliver’s has an exciting future and I am passionate about the opportunities that exist for the company,” says Ms Sharpe.

“I’m honoured to lead Oliver’s and I look forward to working with the Board and leadership team to deliver the next phase of growth.”
