Mad Mex has been named the overall winner in the Top Franchise Awards 2023 for the second year running.
Also, for the second year in a row, the Mexican restaurant chain is the only QSR to be ranked in the top 10.
Mad Mex received six other rankings across additional categories, too, including number one for brand, innovation, marketing and support, number two for passion and number four for lifestyle.
The Top Franchise Awards, presented by 10 Thousand Feet, is an annual award where winners are selected based on the satisfaction of franchisees, not external judges. In addition to an overall award, the Top Franchise Awards recognise six category-specific achievements in marketing, branding, passion, support, lifestyle and innovation.
