FUNDAY Natural Sweets, Australia’s rising star in the better-for-you confectionery market, has revamped the iconic jelly snake.
Made with no added sugar (or sugar alcohols), FUNDAY snakes are said to contain 85% less sugar than other snakes on the market. They’ve also made portion control easy, with each 50g bag being a single serving.
It’s not only about what’s missing (all that sugar!), but also what’s added. Naturally sweetened, FUNDAY’s snakes – like all FUNDAY sweets – include prebiotic fibres.
“We’re really guided by our customers,” says founder Daniel Kitay. “So many people talk about loving lollies in the past tense, ‘Oh, I loved those when I was younger.’ This is our way of injecting a little more childlike joy in your day, whilst still watching out for your health. Why should kids have all the fun?”
Since launching in 2021, FUNDAY Natural Sweets has proven there’s a big appetite for better-for-you confectionery in Australia, and globally. Having recently won the Best Food Product of the Year at Naturally Good, FUNDAY has burst onto the scene with their heathier versions of red frogs, gummy bears, peach hearts, and now snakes.
By the end of 2022, FUNDAY is on target to be stocked in over 3000 stores across the country, including Woolworths, Ampol and Chemist Warehouse in Australia and New Zealand, with further plans for expansion.
FUNDAY Natural Sweets Fruity Flavoured Gummy Snakes are available in raspberry, blackcurrant and passionfruit. They have a 5-star health rating, certified gluten free and are keto-friendly.
