Flybuys has launched digital fuel dockets nationwide after a successful trial in Western Australia.
According to the company, the launch will make it easier for members to redeem fuel offers and save at the pump at Shell Coles Express stores across the country by removing the need for members to remember their printed docket, providing more value and more savings for millions of Australians.
Flybuys members who spend $30 at Coles will qualify for a Shell Coles Express digital fuel docket that will be made available through the Flybuys app, allowing them to collect eight Flybuys points per litre or save 4¢ off their fuel per litre.
“We’re incredibly excited to launch digital fuel dockets nationwide, providing an added level of ease and convenience for Australians at the pump,” says Flybuys CEO Anna Lee.
“Cost of living pressures remain the number one concern our members are facing today. Whether it’s 4¢ off a litre, bonus points or the new addition of a product offer, members now have more choice in how they are being rewarded for their everyday spending especially on days when they don’t need to fill up.”
Coles Express Executive General Manager Michael Courtney adds: “The 4¢ off per litre discount is a key way that Coles Express offers value to our customers, and now, it will be easier than ever for them to redeem without having to remember their receipts from our supermarkets. We’re excited that the digital fuel focket will provide customers more choice and make it more convenient for customers to redeem.”
Flybuys members can also choose to redeem a product offer at Shell Coles Express instead of the fuel offer when redeeming their digital fuel dockets. The product offer at launch is a free small coffee. Members can keep an eye out for the latest product offer in the Flybuys app.
