Ferrero Rocher has topped Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers award for chocolate boxes in 2024. The brand also received top marks for taste, texture and packaging.
Canstar Blue surveyed 334 Australians for their feedback on the chocolate boxes they’ve purchased and consumed in the last three months. Ferrero Rocher ranked the highest in terms of overall satisfaction (five stars) ahead of Lindt and Cadbury Roses (four stars each) and Cadbury favourites (three stars).

The company recently launched its first frozen desserts range nationally in October, featuring iconic flavours Ferrero Rocher, Raffaello, and Rondnoir. Ferrero has also expanded its biscuit portfolio, with its latest innovation, Nutella Biscuits, named ‘Product of the Year’ in the Sweet Biscuit category.
