This year, celebrity and Michelin-starred chef, Curtis Stone, has partnered with Cadbury Australia to launch a limited-edition Dairy Milk block, Curtis Stone’s Raspberry & Hazelnut Tart, available from 14 June.
Following on from a successful inaugural collaboration in 2022, which saw Stone’s Caramel Slice Dairy Milk Block being dubbed by Coles as the “Best Confectionery launch ever”, Aussies are in for yet another treat this year. Stone’s latest creation has been inspired by his family’s own Raspberry & Hazelnut tart recipe, with the block capturing the tart’s delicious flavour profile from top to bottom.
Australian celebrity chef, author and TV personality, Curtis Stone says: “There’s nothing I love more than experimenting in the kitchen with my two sons, which was exactly how this block came to mind – one loves raspberry and one loves hazelnut, so it was a no-brainer to combine the two in a creating a recipe that’s very close to my heart. For the same rich flavours of raspberry coulis, choc creme and that slight crunch of hazelnut that started in my kitchen, to my Los Angeles pie shop, “The Pie Room by Gwen” to now be encased in Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate, is something I can’t wait for Aussies to try.”
