The AFL has welcomed Shell V-Power as its Official Fuel Partner, in a new deal that will see football fans save money at the bowser in 2022.
The partnership will provide AFL fans across the country with the opportunity to receive 4 cents per litre off their fuel via the AFL Live Official App.
Fans can register to redeem the fuel discount daily and have the option to save 18 cents per litre at Shell Coles Express when combining the fuel discount with existing Coles supermarket docket and Coles Express discounts.
In addition, the partnership will see Shell V-Power be promoted on signage during the 2022 Toyota AFL Premiership Finals Series and on the splash screen of the AFL Live Official App.
AFL Executive General Manager Customer and Commercial Kylie Rogers says the new partnership was another opportunity to thank AFL fans for their support.
“We know the last few years has been tough for many people across the country, so we’re delighted to partner with Shell fuels to provide our fans with a discount during the 2022 Toyota AFL Premiership Season and thank them for their ongoing support of our game,” she says.
Megan Foster, Executive General Manager Consumer at Viva Energy (Shell’s local licensee) says the new partnership would support its aim of fuelling Australians now and into the future. Viva Energy is the exclusive supplier of high-quality Shell fuels and lubricants in Australia, supplying approximately a quarter of the country’s liquid fuel requirements.

AFL fans can register for a fuel discount from March 7.
