Flybuys has taken out the win at Canstar Blue’s 2025 Most Satisfied Customer Award for Rewards Programs.
Claiming overall satisfaction for the third year in a row, Flybuys received a five-star rating in every category.
Flybuys was followed by Everyday Rewards, Dan Murphy’s, Myer One, Sister Club (Priceline), and David Jones Rewards.
The awards, determined by more than 2700 Australians rating reward programs on a series of categories, also reveals how they collect and redeem their points:
- Rewards points are helping budgets go a little bit further. Nearly half (45%) of reward program participants surveyed said using points to purchase products has helped reduce the stress of rising living costs.
- Some will actively seek out the rewards points. Almost two-fifths of respondents (39%) said they specifically shop sales or buy certain products that offer additional rewards points.
- Not so keen on the Ts & Cs. Only 17% of respondents read the terms and conditions of the programs they join.
“It’s one thing to climb all the different retailers’ ladders just to earn points, but a program that can translate that into something truly that betters your budget or spending habits is what matters,” says Canstar Blue spokesperson Eden Radford.
“Canstar Blue’s award results show exactly that: when it comes to customer satisfaction, Flybuys earned an impressive top rating of five stars across every category in the 2025 awards, with this latest accolade the third win in a row – making it stand out as the program that delivers the most value to Australians.”
