Uncle Tobys has expanded on what it claims to be Australia’s largest range of cereals with a Health Star Rating of 4+ with the launch of Plus Iron.
Plus Iron joins the Uncle Tobys Plus collection, alongside favourites such as Cheerios and Uncle Tobys’ signature Oats within the 4+ star range.
The product blends crispy corn and wheat flakes with vanilla puffs, cashews and nut clusters to provide 25 per cent of the recommended daily iron intake. A bowl of Plus Iron cereal provides the nutritional benefits of protein, carbohydrates and fibre, as well as vitamins and minerals, including iron and vitamins B1 and B2 to manage energy levels throughout the day.
The new product gives Uncle Tobys a total of 44 cereals with a rating of more than four in the Health Star Rating system.
“Uncle Tobys 4+ star range makes it easier than ever for Australians to choose a healthy breakfast each morning, providing the nutrients needed to get through busy days,” Leading Australian dietitian Geraldine Georgeou said.
