7-Eleven brings its offering to Gympie

7-Eleven opened its first store in Gympie, Queensland yesterday (8 June) with a team of 16.

This investment is part of the retailer’s focus on providing regional Australians access to career opportunities, and to the same choice and convenience that’s available in metropolitan areas. That focus is expected to see 7-Eleven continue to grow in regional Queensland in the next few years.

7-Eleven Area Lead North Jeff Yerbury says the store team is excited to welcome the community to the new store.

“People can grab their favourite products and fill up at any time 24 hours a day, 365 days a year,” he says.

The store has “high quality” Mobil fuels and gives Gympie locals access to the My 7-Eleven App including fuel price lock feature.

In terms of food and convenience options, the store offers 7-Eleven’s handmade sandwiches, wraps and Krispy Kreme doughnuts, as well as 7-Eleven’s freshly ground Fairtrade Certified coffee, Slurpee including Slurpee No Sugar options and frozen blended Smoothies, Frappes and Shakes.

“Our Store Manager Joanne Hodgson and her team have been doing an amazing job working to get this store stocked and ready to welcome our customers [this week],” says Mr Yerbury.
