7-Eleven Australia won the 2024 Australian Retailers Association Innovation Excellence Award, for its My 7-Eleven App and digital innovation at a ceremony held in Melbourne on 19 September.
The Innovation Excellence Award recognises a retailer who embraces innovation within its organisation and has effectively implemented a new and forward-thinking strategy.
7-Eleven Australia CEO and Managing Director Fiona Hayes says: “To be among an impressive finalist group was great recognition of the work our entire business has done to implement our digital innovation strategy based around the needs of our customers.
