Australia’s “fastest-growing” frozen yoghurt and açaí brand Yo-Chi has opened its 30th venue. The opening in Semaphore, South Australia, reflects Yo-Chi’s “rapid expansion and solidifies its position as a leader in the frozen yoghurt and açaí market.”
“Since its inception, Yo-Chi has become a sensation with an overwhelmingly loyal customer base, often resulting in long lines outside Yo-Chi venues around the country,” according to the brand. “Loved for its unique self-service experience and high-quality frozen yoghurt and toppings, the brand’s rapid growth trajectory has seen 23 new venues opened since 2022, including five this year.”
Semaphore is expected to become a local hotspot thanks to its lineup of high-quality frozen yoghurt flavours, including classics like Signature Tart and Chocolate, and since variety is the spice of life, all Yo-Chi venues offer a rotation of seasonal flavours such as Green Tea, Coconut, and Mango. More recently, Yo-Chi extended its offering to include açaí. “Recognised as a key element of the Yo-Chi experience, the famous buffet-style bar invites customers to create their own frozen yoghurt or açaí creations from a wide range of toppings including fresh fruit, melted Biscoff, Mochi, Cookie Dough and a rotating selection of limited edition Special Chi toppings.”
Yo-Chi COO Brooke Rodger says the latest opening is a huge milestone for the brand. “We are so thrilled to open the 30th Yo-Chi venue, and there are many more to come! New Yo-Chi venues are slated to open at Bondi Beach, Westend, Coogee, and Robina before the end of the year.
