Toby’s Estate launches new speciality coffee bags

Toby’s Estate Coffee Roasters is on a mission to ensure that even the busiest of Australians drink better coffee. “Australians sure love their takeaway coffees, but at home, a quick caffeine fix is where it’s at with instant coffee being the most drunk coffee in Aussie homes,” the company said.

To better understand Australian coffee habits, the team at Toby’s Estate conducted research with over 1000 drinkers. “The research showed that 66% of Australians drink at least one cup of instant coffee a day, however 34% of these people don’t drink it because they enjoy the flavour, it’s all about the convenience and ease that keeps them drinking instant coffee,” Toby’s Estate said.

Toby’s Estate has now created speciality grade coffee bags so all you need to do is add hot water, your best cup and five minutes to brew for a cafe quality coffee.

“We know that people are as obsessed about really good coffee as we are, but sometimes there’s not the time or a machine handy to make that quality brew, and we wanted to change that,” says Toby’s Estate Head of Coffee Nicholas Rae.

Featuring freshly roasted speciality beans from the cafe scene, the new Toby’s Estate Speciality Coffee Bags are also nitro sealed for maximum freshness and flavour which is what sets them apart from other instant coffees.

“By nitro sealing the coffee after grinding, it locks in the super fresh flavours, you can now get that delicious quality coffee fix instantly without any equipment or mess. It’s our specality coffee experience, all in one little convenient bag that you can take anywhere.”

Toby’s Estate Speciality Coffee Bags is available in 10 bag boxes for RRP $14 from selected Coles supermarkets nationally and online at tobysestate.com.au.

The range includes two coffee blends: Balance Brew and Bold Brew.

Balance Brew. Balance Brew ‘drinks like a charm’ for black and white coffee drinkers alike. “Through Toby’s roasting wizardry, they’ve blended coffees from Brazil and Colombia to deliver this magical all-rounder,” the company said. With milk, enjoy classic notes of chocolate, sweet biscuit, nougat and stone fruit.  When enjoyed at its purest form, black, the coffee is rich and vibrant, bursting with notes of stone fruit and berries, with chocolate undertones.

Bold Brew. “This double hitter is perfect if you love coffee with milk,” Toby’s Estate said. By blending two ‘big guns,’ Toby’s has doubled down on flavour to achieve a coffee that’s bold and full. The Indian coffee brings an intense richness with dark chocolate and toffee notes, which combine with the chocolate, sweet biscuit, and nougat flavours from their Brazilian coffee for a rich coffee hit.
