The Toby’s Estate Panettone is the latest limited-edition coffee in the Toby’s Estate Flavour Savour series. With the upfront complexity of Christmas cake spices, notes of coconut, vanilla custard and dried fruits, all combining a coffee reminiscent of the iconic light and buttery Italian sweet bread fruit cake, it really is beginning to smell a lot like Christmas.
Roasted with the frothers in mind to bring out the flavours (whatever milk you fancy), Toby’s Estate Panettone is a sweet and fruity ride.
Toby’s has once again partnered with fourth-generation Colombian speciality coffee producer, Rodrigo Sánchez, whose innovative experimental processing methods are the key to the Toby’s Estate Flavour Savour series.
For Panettone, Christmas spices and mixed fruit have been infused into Colombian coffee beans during processing and then expertly roasted and blended by Toby’s, to create the ultimate holiday brew.
Toby’s Estate Panettone is available in 200g and 1kg bags online and from selected Toby’s cafes 22 January (or until stock lasts).
Previous releases in the Toby’s Estate Flavour Savour series include Butterscotch Pudding, Banana Split, Crème Brulee, Blueberry Crumble, Strawberry Sundae and Pandan Waffle.
