South Australian food and beverages showcase at Fine Food Australia

Food South Australia has revealed an impressive lineup of exhibitors set to be showcased within the South Australia Pavilion at the upcoming Fine Food Australia trade event in Melbourne, from 2-5 September. Nineteen South Australian food and beverage producers will showcase a variety of products, marking a 40% increase in exhibitor numbers compared to previous years.

The South Australia Pavilion, managed by Food South Australia, will feature a diverse selection of South Australian manufactured products, including non-alcoholic beverages, seafood, chocolate, tea, ice cream, ready meals, meats, yoghurt, frozen products, oats, and biscuits.

Food South Australia CEO Tori Dixon-Whittle emphasised the significance of the event for local producers. “Fine Food Australia offers an exceptional platform for our producers to reach a broad audience and create important industry connections. We are proud to facilitate this showcase, which has proven valuable in our sector.

“It’s no secret that South Australia is globally renowned for its premium food and beverages, and we are eager to demonstrate this to both local and international buyers,” she said.

South Australian business, Cleland Fine Foods, is exhibiting again after making its ‘debut’ in 2023. Director Scott Endersby shared his enthusiasm in being involved again in 2024. “Exhibiting as part of the South Australia Pavilion has been immensely beneficial to our business. Collaborating with Food South Australia has allowed us to present our brand effectively and make valuable connections with customers that would have otherwise been more difficult and taken much longer to achieve independently.”

Fine Food Australia is the largest food industry trade show in the southern hemisphere attracting over 26,000 trade visitors from more than 50 countries each year. Celebrating 40 years of fostering food connections, it stands as the premier trade event for the food industry, drawing thousands of food industry professionals from across Australasia and around the globe.
