Soul Origin has made its international debut with the opening of its first store in New Zealand. The expansion brings Soul Origin’s vibrant, fresh offerings to Kiwi customers, including its house nutritious salads, deli-style baguettes, and popular chicken schnitzel.
The first Soul Origin New Zealand store officially launched at Auckland Airport’s domestic terminal on 22 August. The store features an extensive menu, offering fresh salads, ‘hearty’ sandwiches, barista-crafted coffee, and signature cold drinks. The Auckland location also showcases a new vibrant and contemporary design.

As a family-owned franchise, Soul Origin operates over 150 stores across Australia in shopping centres, airports, and more. In New Zealand, the brand will continue its commitment to local sourcing, with the majority of the produce coming from local suppliers, coffee roasted in Wellington, and milk sourced from farms across the North Island.
