Pringles is bringing “primal grill experiences” from across the world to Australia and New Zealand with the release of two new limited-edition smokey flavours: Korean BBQ and South American BBQ.
Korean BBQ is said to feature an “irresistible fusion of sweet and smokey flavours enhanced with spices”, while South American BBQ is “bursting with spices featuring a mix of paprika, cumin and garlic that delivers a tantalising taste inspired by the Chilean grilled steak”.
The snacks were co-created with a Michelin Star Chef, who carefully crafted the bold flavours to appeal to local tastes.
Dan Bitti, Head of Pringles at Kellanova in Australia and New Zealand, says he is excited to introduce the new limited-edition range.
“Aussies and Kiwis are inspired by world travel and the best of international food experiences, and we’ve scoured the world to bring Pringles fans and chip lovers the best of international barbeque flavours,” he says.
To celebrate the launch, Pringles is giving barbecue enthusiasts a chance to win one of 80 Weber Q premium barbecues with any two purchases of Pringles regular-sized cans (118g or 134g). The competition will also offer additional prizes including 100 x Woolworths gift cards for Woolworths customers, 80 x Pringles branded wooden tumbling towers for Coles customers, and 30 x Pringles branded ring toss for independent store customers.
The new BBQ Pringles range is available now nationally at Coles, Woolworths and independent grocers for RRP $5.50.
