A new range of car care products – Green Kleen – made with a certified 99 per cent plant-based formula is looking to reverse the perception that green products don’t clean as well.
Made from natural, renewable ingredients, Green Kleen is non-toxic and free of chemicals harmful to the environment. All products in the range are 100 per cent biodegradable, sustainable and will not harm people or the planet.
Featuring natural scents such as Hawkes Bay Apple and Gisborne Orange, the Green Kleen range covers the full spectrum of car care needs. It includes a glass cleaner, car upholstery cleaner, tyre shine, interior cleaner, wheel cleaner, car wash, car wash and wax, windscreen washer and a car deodoriser. Environmental Choice in New Zealand has approved the formulation and packaging.
“There is a perception in the market that chemical-based automotive cleaning products do a better job,” Green Kleen General Manager Product and Marketing John Simons said. “Green Kleen turns that notion on its head. In third-party testing Green Kleen products rival and exceed their chemical equivalent, without the toxic and environmentally hazardous consequences.”
