Good360’s upcoming campaign to help Aussies doing it tough

Good360 Australia’s 2024 EveryOne Day campaign will aim to raise much needed funds to help connect millions of essential items to Australians in need.

The campaign kicks off next month and culminates in a nationwide fundraising day on Thursday, 17 October.

This year’s EveryOne Day comes amid high and ongoing need in the community for non-food aid, with research conducted by Good360 this year revealing more than one in four surveyed Australians are doing it tougher than ever before.

Following a successful inaugural campaign in 2023, where over $560,000 was raised thanks to the generous support of retail partners and the public, EveryOne Day 2024 seeks to build on this momentum and raise $1 million.

“Millions of Australians are struggling through a devastating cost of living crisis, with charities and schools needing more support and donated items to meet the demand,” says Good360 Australia founder and Managing Director Alison Covington AM.

“Good360 is on a mission to deliver $1 billion worth of brand-new items to support communities across the country, while also reducing waste in our environment.”

Harvey Norman has been announced as the major partner for this year’s campaign. The retailer will be harnessing its nationwide store network to facilitate EveryOne Day fundraising – for 10 days (10-20 October) – giving staff and customers more opportunities to support Good360.

“Harvey Norman is proud to be the major partner for EveryOne Day 2024,” says Harvey Norman CEO Katie Page.

“We’ve worked closely with Good360 since 2019 to donate goods that help Australians recover from natural disasters and assist charities in setting up new accommodation. We see first-hand profound impact these donations have on people’s lives and the strength of our communities.

“Good360’s model ensures that essential goods reach people who need them most, and this campaign is a great way to contribute to supporting our fellow Australians.”
