BP appoints Cushman for FM at retail sites

BP is to team up with facilities management services provider Cushman & Wakefield to improve efficiencies.

The agreement involves full-service integrated facilities management for 350 of BP’s Australian retail sites and also covers limited facilities management for an additional 1,000 BP-branded, independently owned sites.

This is the first time BP has joined forces with a facilities management services provider.

“As a result of this new partnership, our retail sites will be able to operate more efficiently and, most importantly, we will continue to provide a safe and very welcoming retail experience for our customers,” BP VP Sales & Marketing Australia Brooke Miller said.

Cushman & Wakefield CEO ANZ James Patterson said: “We are really excited to secure this contract with one of Australia’s leading fuel retailers and further cement our position as the number one integrated occupier services provider in Australia and New Zealand.”
