Sweet treats from renowned Melbourne bakery Bistro Morgan are now available at over 100 Coles Express and Reddy Express outlets in Victoria.
Crafted by rising culinary star Morgan Hipworth and his team, the range comprises doughnuts, cookies, cinnamon scrolls and muffins. All bakery products are manufactured with Australian flour and fresh local ingredients, and are delivered fresh daily to Express stores.

Mr Hipworth’s creativity, vision, and tireless dedication to crafting delicious baked goods has been made famous at his bustling Bistro Morgan bakehouses in Melbourne’s Windsor and Fitzroy. But the 23 year old’s talents extend far beyond the bakehouse.
The French-trained pâtissier had a brief stint in Paris and has a social media following of over 1 million people.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Coles Express and Reddy Express to bring our unique and delicious offerings to their customers in Melbourne including doughnuts, cookies, muffins, banana bread and my famous cinnamon scrolls,” he said.
“This collaboration represents an exciting step for Bistro Morgan, and we can’t wait to share our passion for quality baked goods with a wider audience.”

Viva Energy Fresh Food Category Manager Anna McDonald says collaborating with Bistro Morgan is just another way the retailer provides a point of difference to its Coles Express and Reddy Express customers in the food to go space.
“Whether you’re looking for a sweet treat for yourself, your friends or family, or a snack to enjoy with coffee, there’s something for everyone in our Bistro Morgan range,” she said. “We know this will be a winner with our Victorian customers.”
To launch the collaboration, Coles Express and Reddy Express have created value-for-money combos including a Bistro Morgan doughnut for just $3 with the purchase of a coffee or a slice of banana bread for $2 with the purchase of a coffee.
Customers can also order a selection of Bistro Morgan bakery items for delivery via DoorDash.
