Therefore, it becomes easy to drink and drink, while consuming large amounts of calories without experiencing the feeling of fullness.
Even juices are loaded with calories and can be detrimental to one’s overall weight-loss goals.
Touching on the future trends of beverages, Shine+ CEO Steve Chapman mentioned, “brain health, healthy ageing and nootropics are predicted to be among the next major beverage trends,” proving that health is on the forefront of everyone’s minds.
