APCO Service Stations, with much to share, divided its conference into two parts this year. 
Taking place on 5 May at Courtyard Melbourne Flagstaff Gardens, APCO’s Supplier Business Forum was all about the company’s valued suppliers.
“We understood the importance of having a supplier only business forum for not only our suppliers but us also,” says APCO.
“This was an opportunity to share with our suppliers – our Key Account Managers, National Account Managers, Heads of Channel and key stakeholders – our business in review as well as a pipeline view of where we are heading; our intended growth, our future business models, some of our business and category strategies and how we foresee what teaming up with our suppliers looks like for 2022, the coming years and how we can work collaboratively for mutual gain.” 
A month later (2 June), APCO hosted its Retailer Conference, Trade Expo and Gala Excellence Awards Dinner.
The day commenced with the conference, held at Crowne Plaza Melbourne. Similar to the Supplier Forum, APCO’s retailers were provided with a business review, a pipeline view of where they are heading, as well as benefits and assistance.
This was followed by the Trade Expo, where APCO’s suppliers had the opportunity to 
interact with retailers, showcase their product, and find out what does and doesn’t work for its retailers. Expo specials were also offered to retailers.
APCO wrapped up the day with its awards and dinner at Showtime Events Centre. The gala is described as an “arena for APCO to recognise and honour its retailers and its trade partners who have performed outstandingly throughout the year”.

- Beverage Trade Partner of the Year – Asahi
- Impulse Snacking Trade Partner of the Year – PepsiCo
- Tobacco Trade Partner of the Year – Phillip Morris
- General Merchandise & Grocery Trade Partner of the Year – Pacific Optics
- Trade Partner of the Year – Gigante.
