Australia’s fresh food brand Soul Origin is launching three new delicious flavours for Aussies to enjoy this summer. Full of flavour and freshness, Soul Origin’s new salads are made with locally sourced seasonal ingredients.
Three delicious new flavours include;
- Green Goddess Salad – Starting with light and crispy cos lettuce trips, the Goddess takes perfect shape with protein-packed chickpeas and avocado, bursts of ripe cherry tomatoes, pepita seeds, edamame beans, and a subtle hint of onion and cucumber.
- Sicilian Pasta Salad – Something a little more traditional, the Sicilian Pasta Salad includes fresh Italian flavours at their finest. Perfectly cooked penne pasta, lovingly tossed with Soul Origin’s signature Parmi Sauce, char-grilled local capsicum, and eggplant, dressed with baby spinach leaves, red onion, olives, savory bacon bits, and yummy parmesan.
- Summer Chicken Mango Salad – Finally for a refreshing meal, the Summer Chicken Mango Salad is a mouthwatering medley of tender strips of poached chicken crisp cos lettuce, juicy mango, and crunchy cucumber. Add seasonal pomegranate for a burst of sweetness, and top it off with a zesty kick of Soul Origin’s signature ginger, lime, and coriander dressing.
Soul Origin’s new salad flavours are available now at all stores nationwide, offering Aussies the choice to pick and mix their salads across new and original flavours.

To further celebrate Soul Origin’s brand new summer salads, from 18 November – 2 December, Soul Origin is giving loyalty members the chance to try all three with any minimum $5 purchase when they head into a Soul Origin store. Soul Origin vouchers will be given to loyalty members when they scan their membership (three x SO vouchers in total, one x voucher per salad).
