The winners of the annual Mad Mex Golden Burrito Awards were announced last week.
According to Mad Mex, the awards celebrate people who have demonstrated “exceptional” contribution to the business and delivered on its values over the past year.
The four major Golden Burrito award categories and winners were:
- Franchise Restaurant of the Year: Erina Fair
- Business Manager of the Year: Dennis Cuyugan
- Support Office Champion of the Year: Loane Avenell
- Supplier of the Year: DoorDash
The five awards and winners in the values category were:
- Connected Award: Garry Singh, West Gosford
- Cheeky Award: Prajwal Shrestha, Joondalup
- Authentic Award: Abhi Bhalla and Hitesh Kaushik, Doncaster
- Own It Award: Michael Ong, Randwick
- Healthy Award: Hannah Moerman, Tweed
