The Asia Pacific Fuel Industry Forum (the APFI Forum), the premier conference for the fuel retail, wholesale and distribution industry, wrapped up on 7 September in Adelaide. While the delegates were networking at the business stands and fuelling up for the in-depth conference sessions, The Common Good Coffee Company was providing the much needed caffeine with a little extra…a generous serve of donation to Beyond Blue.
The Common Good Coffee Company provided delegates with coffee throughout the two-day event, and every one of the 1000 cups provided came with a donation to Beyond Blue…totalling $5000!
“One of the delegates said it out loud ‘the bringer of coffee is the best of men’ and we agree with the enthusiasm and the sentiment”, explains Vincent Cardinale from the Common Good Coffee Company.
“We are committed to great coffee, but we believe it can be more than a simple drink, it can be a force for good, so we were delighted to be able to use this opportunity to provide support to what is a wonderful organisation. Beyond Blue do great work, and anything we can do as a business and as a broader industry to support them is certainly effort well spent.
“We will continue to support the APFI Forum and will continue to push for good coffee for a good cause,” Mr Cardinale said.
