South Australia’s favourite show bag Bertie Beetle arrives into most OTR stores from today.
The Bertie Beetle showbag is a showstopper, and packed with 24 delicious, crunchy Bertie Beetle chocolates – ideal for sharing with family and friends or keeping them all to yourself.
The Bertie Beetle Showbag is just $10 and will arrive into most OTR stores in metropolitan Adelaide from today and regional OTR stores from Sunday.
The enthusiastic packing team at Bedford Group has been busy packing the showbags this week with 288,000 Bertie Beetle chocolates to ensure delivery to OTR stores.
OTR has been stocking a range of showbags since late July to enable shoppers to experience a little bit of show magic by picking up a favourite showbag from their local OTR store.
A range of iconic chocolate, confectionary and novelty showbags are being sold across the network of OTR stores including Caramello Koalas, Warheads, Barbie Dreamtopia, Harry Potter and Paw Patrol.
Darryl Cotter, OTR General Manager Operations said OTR is delighted to ensure that South Australians can still enjoy their favourite showbag this year.
“OTR is appreciative of the dedicated team at Bedford who’ve been working hard to ensure these show favourites get onto shelves in time for Father’s Day,” said Mr Cotter.
“Bedford is outstanding organisation that changes the lives of people living with a disability by providing meaningful employment and participation in the community.”
Bedford packing department lead hand Lauren Packham said while she was disappointed that the show had been cancelled this year, she’d enjoyed packing the showbags for South Australians to enjoy.
Lauren has been working at Bedford for 17 years and now leads the packing team, helping to train new team members.
