Consumers have rated 7-Eleven Australia’s Fuel Pass as the top pick in Canstar Blue’s latest fuel card ratings in the small to medium business category.
The retailer received five stars for petrol station facilities, client service, number of petrol stations available, loyalty program and overall satisfaction.
7-Eleven Head of Fuel Jason Tran says the award recognises the work of the retailer’s team to provide small and medium businesses with a fuel card product convenient for their needs.
“Winning the Canstar Blue 2024 Most Satisfied Customers Award in this category is an extraordinary effort by the entire team to design a competitive fuel card offer, and provide a market leading in-store offer and overall customer service experience,” he says.
“At 7-Eleven, our ambition is to be ‘My Convenient Neighbourhood Store’ for more Australians. From a fuel perspective, this means having more fuel stores in more neighbourhoods based on our customers’ needs.
“Given how critical small and medium businesses are in Australia, it’s important to us that our fuel card gives small and medium business customers value, as well as convenient, simple and secure ways to manage their fuel costs.
“The 7-Eleven Fuel Pass card offers discounts on every litre of quality Mobil fuels purchased at 7-Eleven’s more than 635 fuel stores nationwide. It has no joining fee and offers a low monthly card fee.
“It gives users additional flexibility as it is also accepted at other fuel outlets via the WEX Motorpass network across Australia. There’s no lock in contracts, up to 44 payment free days, and multiple payment options to choose from.
“It also gives business owners a choice of offers: fuel only, fuel and vehicle type products, or the combined 7-Eleven fuel and convenience offer. This mechanism and the range of other controls businesses can set are designed to allow them the flexibility to choose what works for their business.”
