Hungry Jack’s has launched Adyen Giving across its restaurants to support Make-A-Wish Australia.
Customers at all 471 Hungry Jack’s restaurants can now round up their purchase to the nearest dollar to donate to Make-A-Wish Australia, helping grant life-changing wishes for critically ill children across the country.
The round up donation, launched during Hungry Jack’s June 2025 annual Wishmaker campaign, raised $58,000 in its first month through Adyen Giving, with every dollar to be matched by Adyen until the end of the year.
Hungry Jack’s CEO Chris Green says the company is proud to support Make-A-Wish Australia in helping grant life-changing wishes.
“Adyen Giving makes it easy for our customers to get involved, and it’s been incredible to see how many have already chosen to give back and make a difference,” he says.
Donations help Make-A-Wish Australia grant a wide range of wishes, creating lasting memories and moments of relief for critically ill children and their families during incredibly tough times.
Adyen ANZ Country Manager Hayley Fisher says the company built Adyen Giving to help businesses like Hungry Jack’s turn everyday transactions into real impact.
“It’s powerful to see technology making it easier for customers to contribute, and we’re proud to support Hungry Jack’s and Make-A-Wish Australia in creating meaningful change,” she says.
Make-A-Wish Australia CEO Sally Bateman says Hungry Jack’s has been an incredible partner to Make-A-Wish Australia, with its commitment felt in every store and community.
“With the simple and convenient support of Adyen Giving, its customers’ generosity is helping create unforgettable experiences for seriously ill children and their families across Australia,” she says.
Adyen has powered Hungry Jack’s payments network since 2018, supporting transactions across online, in-store, drive through, and mobile channels.
