BP EXPANDS COUCHFOOD HOME DELIVERY RANGE The Couchfood by BP home delivery range has been expanded to include essential household items such as toilet paper and nappies. The new items are available in addition to everyday necessities including milk and bread, alongside such popular items as cold drinks, ice-cream and chocolate. With delivery partners Uber Eats and Deliveroo, BP says it is ensuring door-to-door convenience via contact-free delivery from more than 200 BP sites across Australia. BP General Manager of Marketing and Retail Innovation Adam Arnold says the new additions to the product range are an apt response to the increasing demand for essential items available from the comfort of home. “We’re excited to see the continual development of the Couchfood offering, especially at this time when it’s more important than ever that customers have the choice to shop not just treats, but essential items too, direct to their door via contact-free home delivery,” he said. Household items now available also include personal hygiene products such as shampoo, conditioner and deodorant, as well as sanitary items and kitchen detergent. BP has also launched Couchfood ‘bundle deals’ onto the platform, enabling customers to shop curated packages for popular occasions.
