New CEO joins the Cashreward journey

Bernard Wilson is the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of Cashrewards, Australia’s leader in cashback rewards.

Mr Wilson has an extensive amount of experience in loyalty, data, digital marketing and e-commerce – recently running loyalty, data, media and marketplace for Myer and was a senior executive in loyalty and data at WooliesX.

Additionally, Mr Wilson also has experience in data science and artificial intelligence leader Quantium, where was responsible for for commercial and go-to-market leadership for its banking and wealth product offering, including its push into FinTech.

Cashrewards was also pleased this week to announce a strategic alliance with MoneyMe allowing the digital consumer credit fintech’s Freestyle customers to earn cash back on purchases made online or in store using their Mastercard at more than 1,400 participating merchants. The alliance, which is one of a range of initiatives to grow Cashrewards fincommerce eco-system, will launch before Christmas 2020 and will further grow Cashrewards membership reach.
