Gelatissimo has teamed up with Pistachio Papi for a limited-edition collaboration that’s “dripping in indulgence”.
Now available across all 57 Gelatissimo stores, the new drop includes two exclusive flavours, Pistachio Papi White Chocolate and Pistachio Papi Raspberry Cheesecake.
This collab sees Gelatissimo’s handcrafted Italian-style gelato meet Pistachio Papi’s signature pistachio spread, creating two indulgent creations that are “dipped, scooped, and drizzled to perfection”.
Pistachio Papi White Chocolate fuses creamy pistachio and salted white chocolate gelato with crunchy roasted pistachios, layered with Pistachio Papi’s signature spread.
Pistachio Papi Raspberry Cheesecake blends tangy raspberry cheesecake gelato with oat crumble and Pistachio Papi’s spread for a “perfectly balanced, nutty finish”.
For those wanting the “ultimate taste bud treat”, scoops can be upgraded with a Pistachio Papi dipped cone or a drizzle of Pistachio Papi (+$2).
Gelatissimo CEO Jeremy Roth says this collaboration is all about celebrating flavour and fun.

Pistachio Papi founder and Director Mark Abdelmalik says following the incredible success of his brand’s Pistachio Gelato launch in Woolworths, they knew it was time to bring the flavour to the hospitality space.

To celebrate the launch of the new Pistachio Papi gelatos, Gelatissimo is inviting fans who think they have a better moustache than Papi himself to claim a free scoop.
“Simply rock your best ‘stache at any Gelatissimo store on Wednesday, 5 November and receive a complimentary Pistachio Papi gelatom,” says Gelatissimo. “Fake moustaches, stick-ons, or full-on handlebar glory are all welcome (cheating is highly encouraged)!”
