DoorDash extends DashPass offer with KFC

DoorDash has announced an extension of its agreement with KFC Australia, which will allow DashPass members to continue to have access to a $0 delivery fee offer for KFC orders into 2027.

According to the delivery platform, the extension reflects the strong momentum achieved since first launching the DashPass offer in 2024, and the growing consumer demand for value-driven delivery experiences.

“Since launch, we’ve seen incredible engagement from customers who value choice, convenience, affordability and reliability,” says DoorDash APAC Vice President Simon Rossi.

“We’re building for the long term here investing in local consumers, local merchants and sustainable growth.”

KFC remains one of the most in-demand restaurant brands on DoorDash in Australia, with DashPass members said to be “consistently” turning to the platform for access to their favourite meals with added value through exclusive delivery benefits.

“This is all about giving our customers more options,” says KFC Australia Chief Marketing Officer Vanessa Rowed. “We’re pleased to continue offering great value and convenience to KFC fans across the country through DashPass.”

DoorDash says the announcement comes as the company continues to expand its footprint in Australia, focusing on technology, customer experience, merchant partnerships and local delivery infrastructure, alongside the rollout of new products and capabilities such as DoorDash Reservations.

DashPass, DoorDash’s membership program, gives members access to benefits including $0 delivery fees, reduced service fees and exclusive offers from participating merchants.
