DoorDash and Craveable Brands renew partnership

DoorDash and Craveable Brands have renewed their partnership, with the intentions of helping some of Australia’s “most loved” restaurant brands reach more customers.

The renewed agreement will see Craveable Brands’ portfolio of restaurant brands, Red Rooster, Oporto, Chargrill Charlie’s and Chicken Treat, continue to be available on DoorDash.

The extension is said to reflect DoorDash’s continued investment in supporting Australian businesses through technology, customer acquisition, delivery infrastructure and marketing capabilities designed to help merchants grow both on and off premise.

DoorDash APAC Vice President Simon Rossi says the partnership demonstrates the value of combining great restaurant brands with DoorDash’s scale, reach and technology.

“Craveable Brands has built an exceptional portfolio of brands that Australians know and love, and we’re proud to continue supporting their growth through DoorDash,” he says.

“At DoorDash, we’re focused on helping merchants reach more customers, unlock new opportunities for growth and build stronger connections with local communities. Partnerships like this are central to that mission, and we’re excited to continue investing in the tools, technology and platform capabilities that help restaurant partners succeed.”

Craveable Brands Group CEO Josh Kilimnik says the company’s focus is simple, with this being to bring Red Rooster, Oporto, Chargrill Charlie’s and Chicken Treat to more Australians in ways that are convenient, accessible and supportive of its franchise network.

“Our partnership with DoorDash has shown what’s possible when the model is right, unlocking incremental volume, building stronger customer connections and enhancing franchise partner profitability,” he says.

DoorDash says it continues to expand its footprint and investments across Australia, with a focus on enhancing customer experience, strengthening merchant partnerships and developing innovative products and services that support long-term growth for local businesses.
