To meet changing demands, Couchfood™ by BP has expanded its home delivery range to include essential household items such as toilet paper and nappies.
These new items are available in addition to everyday necessities including milk and bread, alongside a wide variety of popular treats such as cold drinks, ice cream and chocolate.
With the help of trusted delivery partners, Uber Eats and Deliveroo, BP is ensuring door- to-door convenience via contact-free delivery from more than 200 BP sites across Australia.
Adam Arnold, General Manager, Marketing and Retail Innovation at BP, said that the new additions to the product range are an apt response to the increasing demand for essential items, available from the comfort of home.
“Whether you’re ordering snacks for a movie night-in or just doing your bit by staying home, Couchfood™ by BP are now proudly offering contact-free convenience across a wider range of items,” Arnold said.
“We’re excited to see the continual development of the Couchfood™ offering especially at this time, when it’s more important than ever that customers have the choice to shop not just treats, but essential items too, direct to their door via contact-free home delivery,” he added.
The extensive list of household items now available also includes personal hygiene products such as shampoo, conditioner and deodorant, as well as sanitary items and kitchen detergent.
Additionally, Couchfood™ has launched ‘bundle deals’ onto the platform, enabling customers to shop curated packages for popular occasions. The ready-to-go selections including ‘One Couch to Rule Them All’ and ‘Couchfood & Chill’ can also be customised, allowing bundles to be tailored to suit individual snack preferences as required.
BP will continue to expand its home delivery services with the introduction of Everyday by BP via Uber Eats, an essentials delivery service currently undergoing trial.
