JAX Tyres & Auto has been awarded CX Team of the Year at the CX Awards 2025, recognising its commitment to customer excellence across its 92 franchise locations.

According to the retailer, its customer-centric initiatives, including the ‘You Said, We Did’ program, have played a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business success.

“The initiatives reflect JAX Tyres & Auto’s dedication to listening to customer feedback and taking meaningful action to improve their experience, playing a major role in the award win,” reads a statement from the retailer.

In addition to winning CX Team of the Year, JAX Tyres & Auto was also nominated for:

  • Best CX Initiative: Turning the Tide: From Passives to Promoters at JAX Tyres & Auto
  • CX Leader of the Year: Nicola Rose, Executive Manager – Customer Experience, JAX Tyres & Auto

As the sole automotive business listed in the CX Awards, JAX Tyres & Auto says its recognition in three categories highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences and solidifies the company as a leader in the automotive service industry.
