Ampol has appointed Brad Blyth to the position of Executive General Manager, Technology, Digital and Data.
Joining the leadership team and reporting to CEO and Managing Director, Matt Halliday, the appointment of Mr Blyth to this newly established role highlights the criticality of a digital approach in Ampol’s continued success and underscores the significance of technology and the value of data in driving better experiences for customers.
Bringing a wealth of experience in digital and IT in both B2C and B2B environments, Mr Blyth joins Ampol from his most recent role as Chief Information Officer at Kmart and Target AU/NZ.
In this role, he was responsible for the global technology teams across retail, online, manufacturing and supply chain, driving business growth through digital strategies and the smart application of data and technology.
Prior to this, Mr Blyth held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Flybuys where he oversaw a significant technology transformation, including the shift to Amazon Web Services. He has also held leadership positions in technology and transformation with roles at CommBank, Coates Hire and Balfour Beatty.

Mr Blyth commenced work at Ampol in January 2025.
